A house with nine rooms and a roof terrace, in need of modernisation, located on a quiet street a short distance from the center of Velez de Benaudalla. Built in 1937 on a 58 m2 footprint the house has in all 135 m2 built. There are two entrances to the house, one from an upper street, and one from an alleyway, the main entrance. One comes into an entrance patio, which leads on one side via steps up to a kitchen, below which is a room with a separate door to the alleyway. Entering the house, there is first a front room, at the end of which is a utility room and a shower room. Steps lead up to a mezzanine, with a living room and at one end a bedroom, and at the other end stairs ascend to the next floor, with two adjacent connected rooms. From one of these stairs lead to the top floor, with two rooms, from one of which a door opens onto steps that lead up to the roof terrace, facing west, from which there are fine views over the town to the countryside. The house is in sound structural condition but would benefit from modernization and reform. Velez de Benaudalla is a historic town of 3,000 people with many facilities, located 15 km inland from the coast.
