A finca with two buildings of, respectively, four and five (unfinished) bedrooms, on just over 10 Ha of hillside land, located at an altitude of 1000 m and 11 km from Torvizcon. The access is by 7 km of track, steep and winding, of which 4 km is asphalted and the remainder to be asphalted.

The property has metered water that comes from a large water reservoir a little distance away, as well as its own reliable source of water from a spring rising from a tunnel in the hillside above the houses.
