A two storey house, recently reformed and modernised, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a roof terrace, located in a rural zone about 1km above Soportujar at an altitude of 1,000m, and about half an hours drive from Orgiva. The house has a footprint of 60 m2, with a front terrace with a shading wisteria. The ground floor consists of a living area with a top quality wood burning stove, and at one end an open plan kitchen. To one side is a large (bed) room, and at the end a w.c./bathroom.

Heating is supplied by the wood-burning stove and by gas water heaters, and there is a gas refrigerator. Water is supplied by piping from a hillside spring about 1km to the north.
This is an unusual property in that, despite being in a rural zone, it has no land
( except that where the spring is located) because it is located in a small group of buildings, one of which used to be the headquarters of the forest rangers, now no longer in use.
