An uncompleted country house 3km east of Orgiva, in Tijola, with two bedrooms, 8 500 m2 of land.
The total area of the building is 180 m2, of which 120 m2 is legally a dwelling, and of this 90 m2 has been reformed and modernised into a two bedroom house with kitchen , living room and shower room. The living room has a fireplace at one end, and at the side two bedrooms, one the master bedroom and the other a smaller one. Beside the fireplace is a doorway, at present sealed off, which would give access to the unreformed part of the building, From one side of the living room steps lead down to the kitchen, which has at one end a spacious shower room. There is a doorway from the kitchen into an adjacent garage, that could be converted into further living space. Although nearly completed, the habitable part of the building needs some work to finish it off, mainly installing a ceiling ( the roof itself is of sound modern construction, with cement beams, polystyrene spanning blocks, mesh and cement on top of this and on top of this bitumenised roof sheeting). The house has 3.5 kW of electricity connected. There is abundant water from an irrigation water channel and from a spring, shared between six neighbours, for domestic and irrigation purposes. For this reason the owners have not connected to town water, but there is the plumbing and supply available for this to be done if required.
The land is level terraced land with about 200 olive trees and the same number of orange trees, as well as other fruit trees such as apricot, fig, pomegranate. There are fine views to the south, and there is good access, the house being located beside the road from Tijola to Orgiva.
